Hi, I'm David. Three jobs at a time, never more.

Bird Building & Landscaping is small on purpose. I run it from Colchester with a tight crew - usually three of us, sometimes four when there's a bigger build on. We keep the number of jobs running deliberately low so each one gets proper attention.

The benefit of one team for the whole job is simple. The extension footings sit at the right depth for the patio. The patio finishes neatly into the lawn. The fence line lands exactly where the planting wants it. Co-ordinating that across three different trades almost always slips a job.
